Generally, 1st year 2Ys are staying in the Delta Suites, and everyone else is staying at the Westin Whistler, but please reference your trip confirmation email and the housing assignment sheet for final room assignments.

This varies by property, but generally check-in will be late afternoon (4pm) and check-out will be early or mid-morning (10am). The first person in your condo to arrive will need to put down a credit card for incidentals, but all roommates will be listed for each room.
