Travel and Registration

  • Contact your airline regarding any flight-specific issues.

  • After landing at YVR and collecting your luggage from baggage claim and going through customs, please find the SkiSync table to check in for your shuttle!

You will need to show your ID upon check-in. Shuttle rides take approximately 1.5 hours.

    Reminder: Bring your passports!!

  • Your bus will drop you off at your hotel! Please go to the front desk at your lodging property and check in (Delta Whistler Suites and Westin Whistler).

If you are the first person in your condo to arrive, you will need to put down a credit card for incidentals.

Find your condo group and property assignment here.

  • Immediately after checking in, please quickly make your way to the Westin (Emerald A Ballroom) to pick up trip wristband + SWAG bag from 2PM - 8PM

  • If you purchased an Epic pass and have already received it in the mail, you’re ready to jump on the slopes!

If you purchased an Epic pass and did NOT receive it in the mail you can pick it up in Whistler at the tickets window in Skiers Plaza!

If you purchased individual lift tickets through SkiSync (any non-Epic pass tickets), you will receive these in your packet during trip registration (see Step 4 above for registration details).

    1. Upon arrival at the rental shop, they will confirm the package and duration of your rentals.

    2. You will be fitted for boots first. The attendant will help you understand what the best fit is.

    3. Next, you will be sized for skis or a snowboard. If you are renting skis, they will fit the bindings to your boots and will also give you poles.

    4. The attendant can show you how to step into and out of the bindings.

    5. Make sure to rent a helmet if you don’t have one.

    6. Head out to your lesson or get on the mountain!

Pro tip #1: Wear the socks you’ll be skiing / boarding in so you can make sure your boots fit properly. We recommend thinner and taller socks to keep your toes toasty on the slopes.

Pro tip #2: If you already have boots, remember to bring them to the rental store to get your bindings fit and ready to shred.
